Super Earth Material

Invented and patented by CREST, SUPER-EARTH is used as backfill material of grounding electrodes SUPER-EARTH electrodes are easily installed by spreading the dry powder in a strip over and around a counterpoise conductor in a horizontal trench. When the trench is refilled, SUPER-EARTH absorbs moisture from the surrounding soil and reduces soil resistivity.
The surface area of the electrodes is dramatically increased, resistance to ground is substantially reduced and surge impedance is lowered significantly.
Normally water system is recommended to keep the soil moist in dry areas.
