Bachs Rescue Remedy is now at Wellness United. It helps people feel less stressed and less scared. Dr. Bach created a unique mixture of five types of flowers. These flowers are Rock Rose, Impatiens, Clematis, Star of Bethlehem, and Cherry Plum. This mixture helps people who feel very scared or who are having panic attacks. It is particularly beneficial in stressful situations, such as public speaking, exam taking, or other personal difficulties.
